How long does a full install take?

It depends on design completion, permits, access, demolition, grading, utilities, materials, and planting scope. Ask the contractor for milestones, work areas, access limits, and a completion definition in the written schedule.

Do you handle permits and HOA approval?

HOA and permit needs depend on the address and scope. Check with the association and local jurisdiction, and ask the contractor which drawings, applications, fees, inspections, and coordination are included. Bloom Pro SD does not submit permits or HOA applications.

Can you work with my existing plants?

Existing plants can be evaluated for health, mature size, roots, irrigation needs, and compatibility with the proposed work. Tell the designer which plants matter to you and have retained, moved, removed, and protected plants marked on the plan.

Do you warranty the plants?

Ask the contractor whether any plant replacement terms apply and get the duration, exclusions, watering duties, notice process, and remedy in writing. Bloom Pro SD does not provide a plant warranty.
